Maple syrup

Our maple syrup is carefully tapped, boiled, and bottled here on campus!

So good, you can drink it right out of the bottle! Our team favorite for using with pancakes.

Hickory Syrup

Our handcrafted hickory syrup is roasted with sustainably harvested bark from Ithaca's own hickory trees!

Try it with coffee, ice cream, oatmeal and of course pancakes.

Carvings

Our knives and spoons are carved individually by students! Using traditional Swedish carving techniques, we create spoons and utensils that can both be put on display or used in daily life. Each hand-crafted carving is coated with a finishing oil. Individual carvers price their carvings.

HONEY

Our raw honey is harvested right here at Ithaca College by South Hill Apiaries! This honey is delicious for cooking or to use as a sweetener. Sold in 1lb jars.
