Maple Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

*yields approx 4 cups

  • 1 ¼ C milk

  • 1 C yogurt

  • 6 tbs maple syrup

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Frozen peaches

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

I used oat milk, vanilla greek yogurt, and then all of the other ingredients! This is a great recipe for a snack, dessert, or breakfast quick meal. Throw some chia seeds, protein powder, or any other essentials into the mix.
