Chocolate Peanut Butter Maple Fudge
Ingredients for fudge
1 cup coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Pour into your preferred dish (I used silicone muffin cups but an 8x8 pan also works).
Put in freezer for about an hour to harden. Keep in the refrigerator unless serving as they will lose their shape if left out at room temperature.
Super simple and delicious chocolate peanut butter fudge! This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and doesn’t require any baking!
